student 1 is an Ethiopian-Eritrean artist excavating internal and external unknowns in pursuit of overall improvement. His namesake arose from ironic origins: after dropping out of undergrad, the name became a commitment to study sound as he studies life, prioritizing learning and growth with unflinching optimism.
