BIOGRAPHY

strongboi is a passion fueled project of long time friends and collaborators Alice Phoebe Lou and Ziv Yamin. Formed in Berlin with a super lo-fi vision of using mainly Casio keyboards and toys, it quickly and effortlessly grew into something much bigger.

Last year saw strongboi really set the bar. With some magical multitasking at play, they kept fans fed and watered with both new music and extensive touring. The release of their exquisite EP, ep 1, which arrived in October, consisted of four delectably slick morsels that refuse to be boxed. Swooning harmonies, bouncing bass lines and unforgettable hooks earned them support from the likes of The Line of Best Fit, Colors x Studio, Ones To Watch, Dork, tmrw and KEXP who had them over for a session, the EP marked a great milestone in strongboi’s evolution.

Along with a sold out London show at Village Underground and a whirlwind of festival slots, strongboi were invited to join Men I Trust across their huge, 31 date, North American tour last year.

Later this year, strongboi will set out on a 21-date tour across North America and Europe, finishing up a month later in Berlin. Joining them on tour will be artist, producer and multi instrumentalist Salami Rose Joe Louis, who has previously featured on fan favorite "unconditional."
