Lauren Monroe is a musician, speaker, healing channel, and educator with over 25 years of experience in energy medicine, mind-body wellness, spiritual healing and music. A designer of transformative experiences Monroe integrates consciousness shifting music, healing narratives and the power of community audiences in creating transcending experiences of heart-mind coherence. As a pioneer in energy medicine and mind-body practices, she designs experiences that guide audiences into connection and renewal. Her work blends consciousness-shifting songs, guided narratives, and community connection to create transcending experiences of heart-mind coherence. 

Backed by her powerhouse band - featuring Def Leppard drummer Rick Allen, Music Director/Guitarist Joshua Ray Gooch (Shania Twain, Ringo Starr), and a lineup of world-class players who’ve worked with artists like Bruce Springsteen, The Tedeschi Trucks Band, Rae, and James Durbin - Monroe brings her vision to life on stage.
