100x Hospitality exists to bring people closer to the music that they love and to each other. We elevate live experiences to bring artists and fans together in moments that are unique and meaningful. With decades of experience alongside the world’s most influential artists, our mission is to take live performances beyond the stage—into the hearts of the communities who live for it.
As fans ourselves, we know the impact of an elevated experience—it stays with you. That’s why we approach every event with a mix of passion, precision, and operational excellence. Every detail is considered and crafted to create real moments of connection and lasting memories.
We aim to capture the artist’s unique vision while building genuine connections with their fans. By combining effective marketing, seamless ticketing, and careful planning backed by data insights, we ensure every detail is thoughtfully managed. Our approach balances smooth access with exclusive VIP perks, creating lasting moments for both artists and fans.
Launched in June 2022 by Dan Berkowitz, 100x Hospitality brings together his experience in artist partnerships, VIP hospitality, travel and destination events under a new company. In 2025, 100x assumed full operations of the Playa Luna destination-event portfolio, including Crash My Playa, Phish: Riviera Maya, Noah Kahan's Out of the Blue, Dave & Tim Riviera Maya and Brandi Carlile's Girls Just Wanna Weekend.
Today, 100x operates across three divisions. 100x Presents produces destination events built around artists and their fan communities. 100x Event Services creates and operates VIP and hospitality programs for major festivals including Coachella and Stagecoach. 100x Artist Services develops VIP ticketing, hospitality and travel programs in partnership with artists including Luke Bryan, Dead & Company, Brandi Carlile, Chris Stapleton, Goose, The Strokes, Herbie Hancock, GRiZ, The Lumineers and The Avett Brothers.
